I wrote 10 steps to find motivation within to encourage you and help you to find the confidence to take that first step, encourage you to break away from mediocrity and routine and start living the life you want. Each chapter has been written in sequence in order to help you make that change, any decision starts with you having a purpose, once you discover this you can begin looking at what your passion is, then you'll begin to see the picture forming in front of you, this will then lead you to towards your personal development, past, potential, possibilities, people, patience & perseverance, positivity and product.
