Either we've "Been there" to help or "Been there" and gotten help, "Done that," to help or "Done that," to get help, we have been recipients and/or givers in this reciprocal journey of kindness and good deeds. When people help one another, the task at hand isn't the only thing that's being taken care of. Think of the last time someone helped you with something; you were thankful, your mood definitely changed but something else also took place in your in your being; something perhaps only you can explain. However, an explanation is not necessary; getting on with your life is explanation enough.
