This is a very short and simple guide to helping you be the YOU, you've always wanted to be. I wouldn't call this book a workbook more like an Action Guide to help you take action to be what you want to be. Well I guess you are thinking, "How does she know what I want to be?" Well I am glad you asked. I know because I have asked the same question for over 20 years. You see when counseling or coaching a new client, on the first day of counseling I would always ask, "If this was the very last session and I was releasing you, what you would like to have accomplished, how would you like to feel and where would you like to be in your life's journey? I would get simple answers such as happy, successful, over the hurt, healthy emotionally, physically and spiritually, free from worry, free from my bad habits, and financially free, have learned to love myself, and so far, and so on. So, I have heard it all. We all have something about us that we want to be better or we should. I would also ask them to give me their strengths and their weaknesses, I would ask "Can you give me at least 10 strengths?" most of the time they could hardly ever give 10 and had a problem giving 4 or 5. Many times they would tell me the weaknesses, wrapped up in all the things that they have learned from others was wrong with them. Oftentimes who you think you are and what you think your life can be comes from the script written by your family, childhood friends, those close to you and you have heard and read it over and over until you not only believe it, you have become it. If you agree with any of that then this quick and short monthly guide is for you. I also hear you thinking to yourself "Quick, 12 Months is not quick," well if you consider the length of time it took for you to get the bad habits you may have, the time put into the bad relationships that may have caused great amounts of baggage or the years you have been wanting to be a different and a better you in life, one year is quick and short You know the old saying; anything worth having is worth working for. So, stop complaining and lets' get to work By the way 'No Complaining' will be one of the exercises that you will be practicing throughout the 12 Months to a better you I have cut straight to the point, no chasers to the matters that many people need to have counseling for or a life coach and given you the skills training and exercises that's needed and guaranteed to make you feel better about yourself and begin to see a better you, better relationships, careers and a better life
