According to Dr. Félix Luna, an ophthalmologist by profession and a historian by vocation, there is information, solid knowledge, good style and humor in the work of Miguel Angel Scenna. Dedicated historiographical researcher, in 1967 he made direct contact with the magazine "Todo es Historia", where he established a permanent relationship by publishing numerous articles. Collaborator of the newspapers "La Nación", "Clarin", "The new Province" of Bahía Blanca and others. Alternatively, he acted as collaborator, delegate or regular member in the II and III Congresses of Argentine and Regional History; II Congress of Federalism in La Rioja; I Congress of Belgranian History; I Congress of History of the City of Buenos Aires; Cycle of Conferences on the "Generation of 80", sponsored by the National University of Comahue, etc., and numerous conferences, talks, debates, round tables in Buenos Aires and the interior of the country.
