This is a four part book. First in the fictitious retirement of my great-great grandfather Edward G. Hobbs, a shoemaker who moved to North Haverhill, NH in 1840 from Warren, NH. This is true as are the facts about Woodsville. However, his retiring to the Wentworth Hotel and his strolls thru Woodsville are not The second part is the "History of Woodsville," as written by the History class of 1919 with current updates. Next is a biography of Clara Dickinson Weeks, an early school teacher and wife of the first resident dentist in Woodsville. And last, is the "History of Woodsville Schools" by Clara Dickinson Weeks, who saw most of it herself Totally there are 122 pages of information about Woodsville, New Hampshire, and many vintage pictures ... alot of which were published in an 1897 special edition paper of the Woodsville News.
