Thao is a coach, a trainer, and the CEO at overflowingbuckets.com. She holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation, is a Newfield Certified Coach from The Coach Partnership, as well as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Thao began her career as a Research and Development specialist in 2004. After two years, she discovered that her first love was really market research and moved into that industry for the next ten years, working with Nielsen, Unilever Vietnam, and Unilever Asia Private Ltd. In her last role at Unilever as Consumer and Market Insights Senior Manager 2C, where she took charge of the entire Laundry category in Southeast Asia and Australia, she developed a deep understanding of people and their insights and aspirations in life. This was core to her embarking on her journey in coaching at the end of 2017. A native of Vietnam, Thao had also lived in Australia and Singapore for five years. She is a strong believer in mindfulness and is passionate about helping people love themselves a little more every day.
