Recenzii

“Many of the exercises can be performed off the horse and require as little as an exercise ball or a chair. … If you’re looking to improve your jumping position this winter, 40 5-Minute Jumping Fixes should give you plenty to practice while you’re stuck indoors waiting for spring.”—The Chronicle of the Horse

“Simple exercises focus on rider position and biomechanics for better jumping. Murdoch offers exercises that can be practiced on the ground (no horse required!) as well as in the saddle.”—Horse Illustrated
