One the biggest questions I get is, How do I journal? I created this journal to give prompts to help set intentions for the day and release the day in the evening time. I have this done in a way that is healthy for the soul and not trying to cover up reality with all sunshines and rainbows. I often find that people are journaling and trying to stay positive, but in reality we are human and have emotions. It is something we get to hold and feel. The good and the bad. The light and the dark.
