INCIARDI is Director of the Center for Drug and Alcohol Studies at the University of Delaware, a Professor in the University's Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice, and member of the South Florida AIDS Research Consortium. He is the author of several books, including The Drug Legalization Debate (1991) and Handbook of Drug Control in the United States (Greenwood Press, 1990).DUANE C. McBRIDE is Professor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and School of Business at Andrews University.CLYDE B. McCOY is Professor of Oncology and Director of the Comprehensive Drug Research Center at the University of Miami School of Medicine.H.
