Natasha grew up in a small rural town that she often captures in her stories. She credits her mom for her love of books. As she was born into a family of voracious readers, Natasha has never known of a time growing up that she wasn't excitedly reading books or creating her own stories.Before she started writing children's books, she earned a degree in social sciences from UC Santa Barbara, but she has always had a passion for the written word.
