Notă biografică

Cheryl Nosworthy is a recent PhD graduate in Human Geography from The University of Reading. After her former career as an apprentice jockey ended in injury, she became interested in the intersection between animal and disability studies, with a particular focus upon including the embodied expressions of animals in ethnographic work. She currently combines writing activities with employment as assistant trainer in a horse-racing yard.
