A Heroine's Journey: An Adventure in Self-Reflection is a sequel to the author's first book entitled Coming Home: The Road to Recovery. The author, Sandra Bobbitt, has spent a life time on self healing and helping others in their fight against demons that try to take hold of their lives. In her latest book, she describes thirteen stages of life as a mythical figure, the heroine, overcomes forces and ventures into her world to bring balance and peace to herself and her kingdom. From childhood, through adolescence and adulthood, Ms. Bobbitt shares her loves and the loss of those loves. She provides questions for the reader to examine each phase of life and how their experience influences their approach to living.
