Michelle K. Ray is a former police officer who hails from Sydney, Australia. She loves nature and all forms of animals and insects in the wild. Inspired by catching and releasing Huntsman spiders in her own home, her Little Aussie Critters children's book series is based on true tales of growing up with little Australian critters. Sylvie Ashford is an Australian illustrator who speaks three languages. She grew up amongst the gum trees of Australia's beautiful Hawkesbury River and loves all insects and animals. She has been blessed to live around the globe experiencing many cultures. She also writes poetry and has created her own blog riverscribbles.wordpress.com to showcase her work.
