A Man Called Bravo
Autor Ben Cheroten Limba Engleză Paperback
Puerto Rican revolutionaries terrorize South Florida in this thriller with global ramifications. One of the team sent to stop them is an ATF agent of Puerto Rican heritage.
Terror has underscored the recent aspirations of many groups in the world seeking influence and power. But they are not all Muslims.
In A Man Called Bravo, a group of Puerto Rican fanatics are violently expressing their desire for their country's independence. They want emancipation from what they consider the exploitation of the United States.
In a raid on a weapons arsenal in South Florida, the extremists obtain guns, ammo, and explosives. They then threaten to blow up a government building.
A task force to stop them consists of federal agents, local police, and an ATF agent. The agent, born in New York, is the son of Puerto Rican immigrants, and while he understands the terrorists' yearning for independence, he knows his duty is to stop them by any means possible.
After retiring from exporting, Ben Cherot traveled extensively, especially in Latin America, and has pursued creative writing. This is his third book.
