Notă biografică

Elena Cima, Ph.D, IHEID, is a Lecturer in International Energy Law at the University of Geneva. She has co-edited the book China’s Influence on Non-Trade Concerns in International Economic Law (2016) and has published in peer-reviewed journals.
Makane Moïse Mbengue, Ph.D, University of Geneva, is a Professor of International Law at the same university. He has authored many publications in general international law, international economic law, and international environmental law, with the most recent being The Gabcikovo Nagymaros Case and its Contribution to the Development of International Law (Brill, 2020).
