Elizabeth Jarman's background is in teaching. Until 2006 she wasassistant Director at the Basic Skills Agency, working closely with theSkills for Life Strategy Unit, Sure Start Unit leading the 'Step intoLearning' training and development programme. More recently Elizabethdeveloped the Communication Friendly Spaces Toolkit for practitionersand she now specializes in improving learning environments. She offersa range of training and development programmes which are currentlybeing delivered across England and Wales.
