Caracteristici
Written in a highly accessible and entertaining style, this will stand out from the many 'dry' and lengthy tomes on this topic A highly practical approach which includes dozens of illustrations, numerous real-life examples and vignettes illustrating corporate finance problems in a realistic and accessible way The book will have global appeal with a focus on the bigger picture corporate finance activities, not getting bogged down in regional detail
