Martin Terrell is a solicitor with over twenty years' experience of Court of Protection and elderly client issues, acting as a deputy, attorney and trustee, and has written widely in this field, including earlier editions of this work, since the first edition in 2002. Caroline Bielanska is a solicitor, mediator and independent consultant. She is also a legal trainer and lectures and writes extensively on Court of Protection and elderly client issues. Justin Holmes is a barrister at Radcliffe Chambers, and regularly appears in the Court of Protection. Richard Frimston is a partner and head of Russell Cooke Solicitor's private client group, and is well known for his expertise on cross-border issues.
