This book will focus on the model of the spiritual journey that is based on "telling one's story." This book defines spirituality as part of all that a person is, the core of one's being, the heart, soul, mind, and body. It is living life out of full humanity. A reflection or meditation exercise follows each chapter to offer a better understanding of the material. Quotations are provided at the end of each section as prompts for reflection, conversation, or journaling.
