Caracteristici
A Year Full of Veg will combine Sarah's dual expertise on gardening and cookery by using seasonal and home grown ingredients, which also appeals to those wanting to cut down waste or try something new.
Notă biografică
Since the publication of her first book The Cutting Garden Sarah has led the way over the last two and a half decades in introducing a new kind of productive gardening which fuses intense colour, elegance and do-ability, bridging all kinds of gardening from dark rich dahlia glories to subtler smoky modern colours of poppies, roses, sweet peas, and all kinds of vegetable deliciousness. She is a teacher, broadcaster, has a popular gardening podcast Grow, Cook, Eat, Arrange with colleague Arthur Parkinson and runs a mail order plant nursery, (with 500,000 customers). She is also the author of many books on gardening and cooking. Her most recent book was A Year Full of Flowers.sarahraven.com / @srkitchengarden
Recenzii
'This is the book to ignite a passion'
'Best enjoyed as a long read, lingering over the sumptuous photography and relishing the many personal asides'
'A delight to cheer the bleakest of days'
'This book, it's a revelation. I can't stop reading it. Sarah writes so well and there is hardly a paragraph where you don't learn something'
