ABC's of Business is a journey for children to learn about business through a fun story. The ABC's are a fundamental part of early education, and this book allows children to learn some business terms while on a really fun tour of a dog hour manufacturing facility. ABC's of Business is a book that engages the reader's attention through a story of learning and fun. At the heart of the experience, I believe that sharing sophisticated material written in terms children can understand will enlighten and brighten the child's learning as they move forward in life. The story is fun, engaging, and shares the value of continuing education. Through the story, we are on a tour of a magical place that builds dog houses, and the tour guide is a wonderful dog named Ben. We get to learn and see various aspects of business through this amazing tour. Each child will learn as they read (or as the book is read to them). We meet Ms. Jenny who is the CEO of the company and has amazing wisdom for the children. The story introduces and explains business concepts while the reader takes a tour of a manufacturing factory. All characters are dogs and are very happy. My son is 7 years old, and as he was growing up, his brain was open to complex concepts that are broken down. He understands the material and uses the concepts to make decisions. Many young children have watched a video on YouTube, and this book brings business concepts into a story for young readers to learn and engage. They can hear new words (business words, like accounting, culture, and mission) in the context of a story that will make them smile. I believe in the ability of each child to learn, grow, and engage in material that helps them become successful in life. As a lifelong educator with a doctorate degree, I can see the value in every student and know that they have tremendous potential. This book engages early learners with basic concepts that will hopefully have a positive impact on their life. I look forward to our ability to make an impact on future leaders.
