The 2012 Accreditation Handbook for Ambulatory Health Care, is designed for ambulatory care organizations seeking AAAHC accreditation only. This Accreditation Handbook is not intended for organizations that are currently Medicare Certified through AAAHC, or those that are seeking a combined AAAHC accreditation and Medicare Deemed Status survey. The 2012 Handbook continues the user-friendly format that allows organizations to complete a self- rating of compliance with the Standards.
