Ontario based Accountability Partner, Human Resource Professional and new author, J. Miranda began living her dream of motivating people to succeed, despite the odds, as an Accountability Partner twenty years ago. She has since then, mentored several people from all walks of life, employing all of her years and expertise as an Accountability Partner, studying their passion for achieving, improving, and mobilizing their goals - all the while cheering them until they achieve their dreams, just as she has. In 2007, J. Miranda realized that she could go beyond self-help coaching to industrial coaching. She, therefore, expanded her dream from being someone everyone only asks for motivation, to become a Human Resource Professional. Her certification has helped her handle Human Resource problems for some organizations. As she puts it, "I am just someone desiring to help others expand their view on life, and the role that they play." Drawing synergy between both dreams, J. Miranda finds harmony as a motivational coach, using her website (imotiv8e.com) as a medium for reaching her audience. The website is a journal where she shares experiences to keep readers and subscribers optimistic about their goals, stay on their course, and walk towards achieving their goals. J. Miranda is a firm supporter of people enjoying the finer things of life and them engaging in activities that are worth their while. After publishing her motivational book, ACE IT, J.
