Andrew Leigh was formerly a business journalist with The Observer later working as a senior manager in the public sector. His other management publications include Decisions, Decisions (1983), 20 Ways to Manage Better (1985) and Effective Change (1988,1991). Michael Maynard has led business and management workshops across the UK and in Europe, specializing in creativity, self expression, communication and team building. He has had a successful career as an actor, appearing in the theatre and on TV as well as presenting and writing programmes for radio. He leads the acclaimed Mastery course at the Actors Institute in the City of London.
