Her research centres on widening participation and inclusive curricula with a key focus on access to Higher Education for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Paul Cashian is Institutional lead for Assessment for the Coventry University Group having previously been Associate Dean in the University’s Faculty of Business and Law. He is Principal Fellow of the HEA and has a wide experience of leading innovative change programmes seeking to enhance the student experience.
