Notă biografică

Dr. Dennis L. Brooks Sr. graduated from the American School of Marketing in San Francisco, CA. He attended New Mexico University, majoring in Sociology and Physical Education. He was employed with Western Electric Company/Lucent Technology from 1965 - 1985. He also attended ElCentro College, majoring in mid-Management. Dr. Brooks accepted the call to ministry in 1978 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, where he was licensed and ordained. He pastored at Springfield Missionary Baptist Church in Rockdale, from 1980 to 1985. Dr. Brooks received his Bachelor of Theology/Master of Divinity from Gospel Ministry Theological Institute in Houston, Texas. He also received a Bachelor of Biblical Studies, Master of Theology, Doctor of Ministry; a PhD in Pastoral Care and Clinical Counseling from Minnesota Graduate School of Theology, Supervising Clinical Therapist from American Academy of Clinical Family Therapist, PhD in Apostle of Ministry from the College of Apolistic Ministry, San Antonio Theological Seminary, and an Honorary Doctor of Divinity, from Christian Bible College. Dr. Brooks is the senior pastor and founder of New Jerusalem Interdenominational Church, the founder and President of the Institute for Teaching God's Word Theological Seminary, the American Academy of Crisis Counseling. Dr. Brooks, and his wife, Clara Brooks, have hosted "Crisis Counseling" Workshops in many cities and states throughout the North America, and established schools with ministries from the American Samoa Islands, have traveled to Brussels Belgium, Germany and Paris France to establish schools and curriculum for Ministers from the Congo, as well as establishing a Bible school on the Island of Dominica.
