Caracteristici
Advanced Rowing has been developed for readers who are already very familiar with competitive rowing, either as competitors or coaches. This makes it possible to create a book that provides much greater depth and detail about high performance rowing. Most contemporary books on competitive rowing are aimed at early stage rowers and coaches and are more basic in content.
Notă biografică
Charles Simpson is Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Science at Oxford Brookes University. Jim Flood is Coach Educator for British Rowing and a FISA Development Coach. They are the authors of The Complete Guide to Indoor Rowing (Bloomsbury).
