Notă biografică
Xin Li has been a research fellow at the Singapore Membrane Technology Centre, Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) since 2018. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Environmental Engineering from Nanjing University of Science & Technology (China) in 2017. Then he received another Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven (Belgium) in the same year. He is an expert in membrane technology, especially in nano-enhanced membranes, novel membrane processes, and membrane modules design. He is experienced at developing intellectual properties including over 35 peer-reviewed papers in high impact journals, international conferences and book chapter. He is also the co-editor of special issues on membrane processes for journal.
Jiuyang Lin is currently an associate professor at Fuzhou University (China). He obtained his Bachelor and Master degrees from Wuhan University (China) in 2008 and 2011, respectively. Afterwards, he joined the group of Prof. Bart Van der Bruggen at KU Leuven (Belgium) and obtained his Ph.D. degree in 2015. He has authored more than 60 publications in international journals (h-index of 25) and 1 book chapter. His research interests include membrane fabrication, membrane surface chemistry and integrated membrane process intensification for sustainable resource recovery from wastewaters. He was awarded the "Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research" 2019 Class of Influential Researchers by American Chemical Society. He also is the editorial board member in Journal of Frontiers in Chemistry and Frontiers in Physics.
Dr Shuaifei Zhao is a membrane scientist with more than 12-year R & D experience in various membrane materials and processes. He received his PhD from the University of South Australia in 2012. He has worked in world-leading membrane research teams at Nanyang Technical University, Zhejiang University, Nanjing Tech University, CSIRO, Kobe University and Deakin University. His research interest covers osmotically-driven, pressure-driven, and thermal-driven membrane materials and processes for environmental and energy applications, such as water treatment, carbon capture and energy generation/recovery. He has published over 90 international journal papers in the fields of chemical engineering, environmental engineering, materials science, and engineering.
