When Geraint and his Scottish cousins visit Llangollen and see brightly dressed singers and dancers from all over the world competing in the International Musical Eisteddfod, they are keen to hold a festival of their own. But they reckon without the Ice Dragons, whose sinister arrival threatens more than just the cousins' eisteddfod plans.
