Adventures with Princess Julia

Adventures with Princess Julia continues the story of the heroine of Letting Grow, the long awaited princess who is befriended by the fairies of her magical kingdom. She joins them in many adventures much to the dismay of her loving parents. We meet her new friend, Shadow, her younger sister, Princess Lauren, and a multitude of cousins. In this companion activity book there are plenty of pictures to color and write about especially the ones of Princess Julia as she was growing up. Her parents snapped many photos of her doing some very silly things. Word games, puzzles and hidden objects add to the fun.

But even the life of a princess can sometimes be difficult as we see in Making Room, one of three new poems in this book.

"You'll love her more," she finally cried
To her parents who had not seen
That her every question had been a plea,
"Let there still be room in your hearts for me."
