Jacqueline M. Holland, CFCS, is associate professor and Interim Department Director for Family and Consumer Sciences at Morgan State University, Baltimore, Maryland.

Julia R. Miller Arline is professor and dean emeritus of Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
