This document is intended to provide guidance to natural resource managers and site operators who currently monitor, or are considering monitoring, air quality. The document describes air quality monitoring for wet deposition and regional haze in the Arctic Network Vital Signs Program; the types of data provided by monitoring; requirements for station siting, operation, and data handling. Managers are strongly urged to contact the Arctic Inventory and Monitoring Network Coordinator for additional guidance on air quality monitoring.
