We find Chancellor Riley Sinclaire on the brink of destroying the planet Alecner. Of all the planets orbiting the star Alpha Centauri, it is the weakest one there. His own grandmother was originally from Alecner, where drug pirates hooked her on a drug called rreahla, it exhausted her family fortune and she died an unpleasant death. Now Riley would like the total destruction of the planet Alecner to erase all of those memories. That is, until he meets Eden Kkaelen, who is actually from Alecner. She is very beautiful, but her nemesis Vexa gains the upper hand, when she stabs Eden in the upper left torso. Eden lands in a coma and in order to cause a bump in the road to wake Eden up from her coma, Riley sleeps with Vexa. Vexa eventually dies in a cataclysmic explosion, and Riley and Eden get together in the end.
