When eleven-year-old Alex returns to school after helping to find his abducted friend, he expects that things will go back to normal. To his utter dismay, not only does his friend not show up but also more people than he would have hoped for seem to know about his unusual dreams. Alex can't wait for school to end so he can get away Fortunately for Alex, summer break is at hand. Better yet, his brother actually encourages him to tag along when he's invited to spend time at a lake.
