Alien abductees and contactees frequently demonstrate enhanced psychic abilities. However, if they've not been trained, this potential advantage can overwhelm. This is true for other people not abused or abducted, yet psychically gifted. Alien Abduction Therapy, The Abduction Survivor's Workbook, begins such training. Those who've journaled, or been in therapy or coaching, know the value of verbal communication and understanding. Unfortunately, the verbal mode leaves out many visual memories and may not do justice to kinesthetic knowledge and memory. What you need is enough confidence to get into action and the will to explore and express your "self" including that part which is not yet totally conscious. This is an aliveness book. Draw, collage, paint, sculpt, write, create, channel, play. Have it be exciting, fun, enriching, worthwhile and intense.
