I also explain the relation of anxiety with the other emotions, with moods and with unhealthy and undesirable behavior. I pay special attention to the role of disappointments, shame and stress. I will give more explanation of my theory in the chapters depression, burnout, addiction, compulsion and bullying. Exercises and step by step plans are missing in this book. It is a book with answers. Answers that put an end to your worry. My theory is an entirely new view on anxiety, which has already been proved successful for many.
