Noel Cashford served for six years in the Royal Navy's Mine and Bomb Disposal Squad. During this time he made safe over 200 devices, 57 in a mere three days. His memoirs are published in his previous book 'All Mine ' 'All Theirs ' tells a few of the stories of some of the many other brave men of the Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, Royal Engineers and civilians who risked their lives to render safe bombs and mines during World War II and the post war years.
