The American Kenpo Training Log book is a great little book that lets you log your achievements in Kenpo; The first section list all the ranks in Kenpo plus has an area for you to put the date and the name as well as signature of your instructor for each belt you achieve. The 2nd section list all the American Kenpo Techniques plus gives you enough room to take notes under each technique. The last section is set up so that you can keep track of the seminars you go to. This is a great book for anyone taken American Kenpo.
