Jeremy London was the latest 'AMERICAN IDOL.' The television program has been the springboard to fame and fortune for a number of talented contestants. The young singer's victory came with a million dollar recording contract with Head-Hunter Records. If he'd studied his contract more closely Jeremy would have known hidden deep in the small print was a clause that effectively turned over artistic license of his music to the CEO of the record company he now worked for. Elliot Prince was the CEO of Head-Hunter Media Group. Head-Hunter had become the most successful record producing company in the industry, far outperforming its rivals. Anyone and everyone wanted to be affiliated with them. CEO wasn't the only label Elliott Prince wore. He was also a high ranking member of an ultra-secret organization. An organization that was only rumoured to actually exist. They called themselves "The Illuminati." The Prince intended to use Jeremy London's music to spread the Illuminati message. Millions of unsuspecting fans would be subjected to the banter. It would be spread subliminally of course The method had been perfected. The Illuminati used the biggest names in the entertainment industry to affect the thoughts and actions of the masses. All through subliminal mind control. The public never suspected a thing. When Jeremy realizes what's going on he balks. The 'AMERICAN IDOL' attempts to regain control of his music. A fatal mistake, as it were. His body is discovered on Christmas morning hanging by the neck off the end of the iconic Main Street Pier in his hometown, Daytona Beach, Florida. After a brief autopsy the medical examiner rules the popular singer's death a suicide. Detective Will Durance is tasked with breaking the news to Jeremy London's parents, who still reside in the Daytona Beach area. She arrives at the church prepared to make things right. When the distraught mother's bullets miss their intended target she herself is killed by a police department employee who'd attended the funeral service out of respect for the local hero.
