Recenzii
Review from previous edition There is certainly much for the scholar in this work. More importantly it is a timely reminder to practitioners not to overlook possible alternatives to statutory remedies. It also provides useful material for the practitioner in understanding the rationale and limitations of economic torts.
... an excellent work... Accurate in its presentation and perceptive in its criticism, it is in the best tradition of sober writing about the common law...
Both academic and practitioner alike will find much of value and benefit in this book. The author's aim of providing a text that is both intellectually satisfying to the scholar and of practical worth to the practitioner is comfortably achieved. It deserves to be widely read.
