An Executive Order

With the assistance of FBI Special Agent Gina D'Angelo, Scorpio soon uncovers information that the terrorists received the C4 explosives and the stolen nuclear weapon from the CIA. But more importantly, Scorpio learns that the president of the United States approved the deal, made with a corrupt Israeli agent and an arms dealer in exchange for their assistance in finding and destroying America's public enemy number one-Osama Bin Laden.

Now the rogue Israeli agent has the nuclear weapon at his disposal and plans to detonate it in Manhattan, New York, on New Year's Eve. Can Scorpio and D'Angelo find him before he completes his deadly mission?
