JOE KELLY is retired Professor of Management, Concordia University, Montreal, and a consultant specializing in restructuring organizations, structured sensitivity training, and executive development. Well-published in the important journals in his field, including Harvard Business Review, Journal of General Management, and Journal of Industrial Economics, he is also the author of texts, scholarly, and professional books, including Facts Against Fictions of Executive Behavior (Quorum, 1993).LOUISE KELLY is an assistant professor of strategy and entrepreneurship at Northeastern University, Boston. Dr. Kelly's research interests include the intuitive and emotional aspect of strategic decision making as well as family business management. She has taught strategic management, entrepreneurship, and small business management.
