There was an explosion of faith in the first century church. It started with Pentecost when 3,000 people joined the new movement. A few days later another 5,000 people joined. As the Book of Acts ends, the persecution intensifies and the Book of Revelation offers comfort and hope to the growing church and the explosion of faith continues.
