Family or freedom... Which would you choose? The young Peter Hennessey finds himself struggling with that very question as he endures pressures to take a recommended path while he secretly desires to try a different one, whatever it might be. Even though he has difficulty choosing a path, the longing for the freedom to travel surfaces in his heart and mind. He wants to go and have adventures as he relies on God's favour in the form of protection and provision, in his words the "luck of the Irish."
