The present treatise may be regarded as a further step towards the more perfect application of scientific method, ensuring that scientific attribute "pre-vision" in the Textile Industries. The author hopes it may be made a basis for further excursions into yet unexplored fields, and that such explorations may result in a still further extension of knowledge.
