The majority of the explanations in this work come from the writings of Prosper Louis Pascal Gueranger, 1805-1875. They have herein been compiled and edited for the Ancient Roman Rite Liturgies, which were used during the period of 1806-1925. I have translated all Latin into English, and have edited the Ancient Roman Rite Liturgy into modern English, while retaining the original meanings. This Missal also contains numerous Ancient Hymns as well."
