This is a true story of an amazing woman named Cynthia Marie Grace. Cindi was diagnosed with Type One diabetes when she was eleven years. During the next forty years, she would endure every possible side effect of diabetes, including death. Cindi wanted her story told. We often discussed her writing her life story, but unfortunately she lost most of her vision, and later, her life, before she was able to share her story of perseverance. This book is my tribute to her.
