A very rich Englishman has established a special and elite club in Saudi Arabia, Sir Arthur Shankley likes to be referred to as 'The Sheik' and frequently appears in Arabic robes; particularly when he is entertaining the members of his club by showing off one of his female slaves being tormented to orgasm ... or simply being sexually tortured.
