'Anissia' is a true story which shows in its ugly monstrosity to which point modern French society is socially corrupt, by granting welfare benefits to those who the most impudently profit of its social and economic system and who do not know any true morality, exploiting with all their cunning and reducing to marginality those who lead constructive lives that are in accordance with social and cultural values. This group of people, while they love children more than the majority and who are ready to invest themselves in private and professional activities around children, are rejected by this hypocrite society for reasons that are not comprehensible on a rational and human level of reasoning. The story is a revolting witness account of human corruption that is situated in the plain heart of a society in full dissolution of the values that once made it stand out as a democracy, having become a ruthless police state where reign fear, suspicion, crime and the most selfish exploitation of others, if it is not based today on an outright mafia spirit that infuses those who, while they are themselves immigrants, use the state's tolerance values for enriching themselves at the expense of others. The story reveals the deeper psychological reasons for those who still have enough sensibility for finding their values in a personal quest rather than submitting to the manipulatory media messages that diabolize love for children instead of making the slightest effort to understand it.
