It covers love & dating, friendship, food as well as topics such as religion, postmodernism, 'Bullshit' (Frankfurt) and the 'Paradox of Choice'. Humorous and candid in parts, the book challenges the stigma and ignorance that still exists in society as well as peddlers of pseudoscience whose misleading ideologies are often proffered in exchange for misguided notions of 'wellbeing'.
